The Society's track is located next to a large public car park for which parking is free after 12:30 on Saturdays and all day Sundays.

This site covers some of the many activities of the Society including maintenance - an ongoing task. Some of the Society's buildings were badly affected by subsidence and we  used the 2006/2007 winter maintenance season to replace the workshop, the floor of which had suffered a bad split. The 2007/2008 winter maintenance season will be spent replacing another section of the track. This work is a labour-intensive exercise and all volunteers are welcome.
