The Society's track is located next to a large public car park for which parking is free after 12:30 on Saturdays and all day Sundays.

This site covers some of the many activities of the Society including maintenance - an ongoing task. Some of the Society's buildings have been affected by subsidence and the  workshop had to be replaced. Most winters are spent on maintaining the track but the 2009/10 season was used to refurbish all the trolley bogies - their first major overhaul for over 13 years. This is labour-intensive work and all volunteers are welcome.
